Monitoring meetings: At month 1, there will be a Kick-off meeting to review the project schedule, deliverables and performance of any party. This review will consider the terms, the cost or time scale, and the termination date of the EC-GA. The Technical Committee (TC) will meet at least twice a year, with WPs monthly meetings. Risk Management: overall risk management i) Identification of any risk that may arise during the project implementation; ii) Evaluation of the causes and effects of the identified risks and their relevance for the proper project implementation, iii) Definition of alternative tasks/pathways and iv) continuous risks follow-up. Data Management Plan (DMP), including an analysis of the main elements of the data management policy (IEC 62.531) that will be used regarding the project: [1] Data set reference and name; [2] Data set description (origin, nature, usefulness, etc.); [3] Standards and metadata; [4] Data sharing (access procedures); [5] Archiving and long-term preservation procedures).
